Great place. Hotel rooms are cozy. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the rooms. Casino was clean and the wait staff were nice.

This place doesn't deserve a 🌟, but it made me rate before I could post this message... The worse customer service ever! Very rude and they argue with their customers, instead of resolving the issue in a professional manner. I don't recommend this casino to anyone, and the machines are rigged!

The Colorado Grande is always a nice place to stay & play! Maggie's always has the best food! The smoking lounge is warm & cozy. No need to go anywhere else if you don't want to. I will definitely go back!

Most comfortable smoking area in Cripple Creek. No alcohol served after 2 AM in this casino, usually pretty quiet as casinos go.

We stayed 3 days/nights at the Grande. The rooms were stocked with snack foods and drinks, such as bottled juices and waters and sodas, that are included in staying. The Grande's history makes it a fun place to learn about as well, including stories of it being haunted. The staff were all amazing, and the restaurant in the basement (previously a morgue) was off the charts for flavor and portion size, regardless of the meal chosen for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Do yourself a favor and visit and/or stay at the Grande the next time you're in Cripple Creek.

Very fun and a great place to stay. If you smoke, they have an indoor smoking room which is actually really nice.
