We went on a Saturday evening around 9pm for a quick meal and drinks. Nothing special nor anything bad to report. Place did close at 10pm, which I didn't have a huge problem with, but this spot is certainly losing tons of money by closing so early. Especially considering the number of drunkies that frequent the "Pool After Dark", which is located directly across from this bar. We were definitely not in Vegas, where everything stays open. Oh well.

We had the pleasure of eating at Sammy D's on Monday night Aug.8,2016 . 5 pm was busy Josephine McCormick tried to get her comp for dinner near Waterfront Buffet. Would not give paper said to go to Rewards center to get ticket she is using a walker and is 88 years old. We went over and talked to staff John And Jocelyn were helpful and made it easier for all of us to enjoy our dinner Sammy D's food is good and our waiter was excellent thank you. Judie McCormick

Stayed in Harrahs, so ordered this for takeout the lobster tail seafood pasta thing was Awesome. Great staff excellent food!

Sammy D's is gone and the replacement Coastal Cafe nice service very good. No comparison to Sammy D's

I love their breakfast! It's a great environment and the prices are very reasonable. Perfect brunch spot for waking up late in the morning.
