Three coffees over three different days. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt however, in all three examples no sugar was added to the coffee and only a small amount of cream. I requested extra sugar, three scoops, in every case, and politely requested that they make sure to add the extra sugar on the second attempt. At this point, I think it is important for the managers take a good look at what is not happening here and make the appropriate adjustments. I enjoy that this is close by, but cannot justify purchasing with service at its current state.

Smaller store than usual, but you still have about 8 tables inside. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Would come here again in the future.

Im giving it a perfect 5 because firstly i live in a rural area and its the first star tucks within 35 minutes from my house!! Number 2 its because they serve you really quick and the coffee and food is to its perfection. 3. its because they have never made a mistake with my order. 4 its because the staff is so nice and friendly. They make sure i always leave very happy! Five stars for sure because its perfectly perfect with the best coffee, desert, sandwiches and healthy bites to eat. So convenient for me whenever im heading home NORTH to go home to my middle of nowhere home so for 35 minutes left of my ride home from the 1.5 hour i truly enjoy my coffee and food while driving and enjoying the most scenic views all the way home and enjoying my coffee at the same time. BEST CARAMEL MACHIATO WITH WHIPPED CREAM IN THE WORLD!!!! YUMMMMMMY!!

This place is literally up the road and on my route but I drive to a Starbucks miles away because they messed up my order 3 days in a row. So disappointing because they used to be so efficient and Convenient. Now I laugh as I see the long line of cars stretched out and continue on my way to the good Starbucks to start my day.
