Horrible experience. I asked a burger and sweet potatoes fries but the cashier didn't tap the fries. When I pointed to her that I asked three times for them, she replied that it wasn't true. Irma needs to learn more about customer service. Because of her I will never eat there again.

This place isn't bad at all! Pretty decent fries, lot's of options and their turkey club was excellent. Don't let the ratings fool you.
