Both my wife's meal and mine were lacking in flavor. Nice presentation, just not very tasteful. I ordered the hot rocks Angus steak meal, and it had zero seasoning. None. I enjoyed cooking it myself as expected, and tried the dipping sauces, but just wasn't good. Marinade or even some basic spices off limits for the chef?? Really weird. Side potatoes were very dry and flavorless. Yes, POTATOES were bland! Waitress not very attentive, never refilled our waters, and that's all I was drinking. And yes, prices were very steep. But that would be fine IF the food was amazing. We will not go back. Big fail for such a fancy atmosphere. I would seriously listen to any negative reviews on here, cause they all sound true to my experience.

Servers are nice, but the food quality and execution is poor. My steak was over cooked, sent it back the next one was under cooked and under seasoned. Wife had see bass. $54 for frozen fish. Last time for us.

The food was delicious...from the fresh eggs omelette station to the fresh fruit. Our server, Helena, was very pleasant and surprised my mother with a birthday treat, unbeknownst to anyone! The ambiance is very quiet and a great place to go for Sunday brunch. I would definitely go again!

Mother's Day Brunch in Rolling Center HORRIBLE. Called Dover Downs 800 # and before making the reservations I asked about the menu and was told it was the exact menu for Michele's Sunday brunch - NOT! Most of the food was overcooked and dried up. Our reservations was for 1:45pm and most dishes empty or what little food in them was dried up. The children's section didn't even have the sterno lit so the food (chicken fingers) was dried up and cold - definitely not edible. Our server even brought my daughter some from "the warmer" and it too was horrible. The oven roasted potato were black and burnt. The salmon was dried up. The shrimp mushy because they sat in water. No bread or rolls to have with the meals. Offered water, coffee or juice - no soda or ice tea (guess that wasn't included in the outrageous price). Saw several drinking mimosas yet our server never asked if we wanted one. The chocolate on the doughnuts were melted off making them look as if they should be thrown in the trash. The melted chocolate station had 3 strawberries in the bowl, 7 pieces of pineapple, a bowl of stale pretzels and some marshmallows that looked as if a child had been playing with them. The food stations were not monitored very well. Dirty dishes sitting everywhere around the perimeter - not very pleasing to the eye. The prime rib, seafood dish and green beans were very good. This definitely WASN'T the same menu from Michele's Sunday Brunch and I feel I was ripped off because I wanted the Michele's Brunch but it was booked and I was told it was the same menu in the Rollins Center. I took my mother, sister and daughter and it was a great disappointment. And when we walked in, the hostess had a bucket of flowers next to her and yet she never gave any of us 4 mothers a flower. A huge rip off! Certainly not the quality I have known from Michele's.
