Awesome Ship
The food was excellent. Service was great. Ship is beautiful with so much to do. The captain (Captain Marshall) was awesome and kept everyone informed. Staff was exceptional. Casino is large with lots of slot variety and quite a few tables. Really enjoyed this ship.

First time on Royal Caribbean!
Here’s a quick Top 10 Pros/Cons:
1. Lots of activities
2. Great boarding process (Canaveral)
3. Unbelievably great adult beverage package
4. Cleanliness was top notch
5. Friendly crew
6. Cocoa Cay/Labadee are idyllic, safe, free Caribbean beach days
7. Free room service for daily continental breakfast
8. Bartenders/servers covered almost entire ship for frequent drink orders
9. Huge casino w/ lots of game variety and open most of cruise
10. Very easy players account access/room charging at machine (only need room key)
Cons:
1. Lower food quality in main dining (bland/freshness issues)
2. Roving bands of unruly, unsupervised teens
3. Event reservation system (everything booked full on 1st day)
4. Quality/Inspiration of entertainment (vs. NCL)
5. Spotty wifi
6. Uncomfortable beds
7. Very smoky half of casino
8. Servers less attentive in casino
9. Same table/staff for main dining
10. Very slow drink service in restaurants

AWESOME SHIP AND CREW
Ship was great. Was worried it would be too big, but the layout really worked! Casino was amazing. Andreea, Pretty and Zafar are all so kind. They took time to explain things to my wife and I. They were so patient and kind. Love how all inside ship is no smoking. So many amazing shows that no other cruise line offers. Food was great. Just wish something besides room service was open from 01:01am to 06:29 am besides room service which you have to pay for. Also, at lunch need a little more variety. But not a huge deal. Pools are nice size. So often cruise ship pools are so small so we were very happy. Thank you Lexi and UrComped and RCCL for a great time
