Review for Park MGM Review For Park MGM Google User Jun 11 '17 at 23:18 Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service received in the hotel. I booked a 4 day trip from Sunday through Thursday 6 months in advance. We got the wrong room and unfortunately no one cares to do anything. There is "nothing we can do for you" . That's always a great answer. I asked " how long do I need to book in advance to actually receive the room I asked for?" Of course he didn't have anything to say. There is plenty of great hotels in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!! View full site to comment or like
