We had the Chef's long tasting (sea bass, cauliflower and red prawn soup, Toubettoni with sea urchin and asparagus, John Drury with shrimp and spinach, veal loin with potato and stuffed spring onion, completed with a dark Chocolat terrine with citrus an carrot) which was fantastic .
