I was there for the first time, the place was crowded during a football game. A lady stood up and i sat in that spot i put a twenty in the machine and noticed the lady had left a five dollar chip next to the machine. i immediately stood up looking for the lady. She was walking towards me I handed her the chip and she started yelling at me saying that she hadn't cashed out. I noticed the machine read $39.75. I grabbed a twenty out of my pocket and gave it to her. She said she had just put a hundred in the machine, I told her to look at the machine showing $39.75. She took the twenty and left mad. some guy she was with started cussing at me, I told him not to cuss. security showed up. four of them went to talk to them, they then came to me and said if they heard anything else they would 86 me from the property. Up to that point all i had said was "please don't cuss at me" I asked if they wanted to hear my side of the story and they said 'no' they already new what happened from talking to them. security was incredibly incompetent. I went to talk to a manager. After waiting twenty minutes one of the people that had refused to hear my side of the story showed up. She rolled her eyes and said there really wasn't anything she could do for me without me saying a word. I left feeling like i had been mistreated and no one cared. I payed $8.00 dollars for a beer. They should get arrested for charging people gambling. Terrible incompetent place i would never go there again.
