My wife and I went to the Lodge casino's buffet for a nice dinner after gambling. Unbeknownst to us we would get sick off their food for two days. When I contacted the manager she was nice and apologized however I feel the lodge should have went above and beyond to retain a loyal customer and provide some form of restitution. I think that the lodge is more concerned about taking your money then providing loyal customers who had a bad experience a why to let them know they appreciate them and apologize for the issue they had. If someone came into my business and became sick off of my food I think I would go above and beyond to make it right and I don't think they did a good job at that. We will not be returning to the lodge to spend our money instead we will go to one of the many other casinos that do care about their customers.
