Casino was awesome, room was great at first glance. After dropping our bags we found mold/mildew all around the grout in the shower tiling along with some short and curlies left in the tub and bathroom floor. We notified the front desk and we got the fake smile with a, "oh no, that's not good!" And that was that, poor customer service (being a former hotel employee) . I have serious allergies (I've never had an allergic reaction to a hotel room until that night) but not even an apology was made. My husband said they had great microbrews and the slots were awesome.
