Loyal Players Rewards Totally Mismanaged
Beware, this is not the Wynn/Encore of Vegas! Sneaky, sad, rude, and understaffed resources throughout hotel and casino. How do they treat loyal guests with their awards program?? Terribly! I was told that $500 of my Comps were taken away a couple weeks ago. I literally was at the casino several times in November and December, and no one said anything about comp dollars expiring after 6 months. I went to use points for an iPod as part of their new program, however they were out of the item, so I was told to try again this week as they may get more in. Why would your employee tell me to come back knowing that my points were about to expire? I email my casino hostess regularly to inquire on offers, she provided no notice that my points were expiring. I go online to my account, shows my balance, does not show any kind of expiration date. I'm not sure how or why an active regular loyal player would be treated in this manner. So, someone thought it was a good idea to no notify their players and remove your comp dollars days before Christmas....with zero communication. Jerk move guys! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere...MGM, Foxwoods, or even Plainridge treats their players better with loyalty rewards that don't screw you over and competent staff.
