This place was my favorite place to go for many years. Quality went downhill several years ago. Cleanliness was an issue and on our last visit we had to go to a bar to watch a game because the TV in the room didn't work. Very disappointing. Decided to try it again after the remodel. It was even more disappointing. I went with my whole family. We had a suite plus an extra room for Grandma. The place was filthy. The first room they put me in had to be changed because there was hair balls in the shower and food on the floor. Even the hallways were noticeably dirty. Obviously it had been a while since they vacuumed them. It wasn't just the filth along the edges of the carpet but there was food spilt that was still there when we left four days later. I can only hope that this helps save another family from the kind of experience we had.
