Checking in the front desk clerk asked us if we would like to upgrade our room to a suite with a soaking tub for an additional nightly fee. We said yes, checked in and proceeded to our room only to fond that our room was neither a suite nor did it have the soaking tub that she had mentioned. When I called to the front desk the gentleman assured me that there were no additional fees on my reservation and apologized that there were no suites available. When I returned home looking over my banking I noticed additional fees to my card, after explaining the situation to the woman on the phone she still refused to remove the additional fees from my card. I was definitely taken advantage of and would never recommend any of their properties. These bait and switch tactics are unethical and they should be ashamed!
