Here’s a quick Top 10 Pros/Cons: 1. Lots of activities 2. Great boarding process (Canaveral) 3. Unbelievably great adult beverage package 4. Cleanliness was top notch 5. Friendly crew 6. Cocoa Cay/Labadee are idyllic, safe, free Caribbean beach days 7. Free room service for daily continental breakfast 8. Bartenders/servers covered almost entire ship for frequent drink orders 9. Huge casino w/ lots of game variety and open most of cruise 10. Very easy players account access/room charging at machine (only need room key) Cons: 1. Lower food quality in main dining (bland/freshness issues) 2. Roving bands of unruly, unsupervised teens 3. Event reservation system (everything booked full on 1st day) 4. Quality/Inspiration of entertainment (vs. NCL) 5. Spotty wifi 6. Uncomfortable beds 7. Very smoky half of casino 8. Servers less attentive in casino 9. Same table/staff for main dining 10. Very slow drink service in restaurants
