Let's be honest. You'll never find game-changing food at the Casino's hotel diner. If you want that, you go to a specialty restaurant, not a cook-anything-and-everything diner. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I ordered a few breakfast items here. The pancakes were moist, but not very flavorful. The cookery was great, but the batter was lacking. What shocked me was the scrambled eggs. Simplest dish in the world, yet almost always screwed up by diners by cooking it hot and fast, and serving a dry rubbery omelet. Theirs was soft and custardy. Very impressive.
