We cruise MSC and on our October cruise we met a couple that explained the casino points and 30% vouchers. The end of the first day they each had already earned 2000 points. (12 day cruise) so we decided that on our next cruise in December 2022 (5 day) we were going to shoot for 900 points which should qualify us for the 30% voucher. I emailed the MSC casino when we got back to verify this would be the point threshold and received the following response: “ Hello Zach, Please note that from December you will need 1500 for a 10% discount, 5,000 for 20%, and 8,000 for 30% without availability for the Yacht Club room category. We will also have a new program for the free cruise certificate, however, the casino host will explain all details. Regards MSC Casino department” MSC is known for having conflicting information. Does anyone know if the screwed up the program by putting this into effect???

Just got off the Seascape. They had just implemented the new policy at the start of our cruise 12/11/22. I was very disappointed in this change and I do not believe I will take another cruise with MSC in the future because of that.
