First time visiting a Riu although my girlfriend has been to several so far. As hotels go, this one seems perfectly satisfactory. A worthy for stars on a good day. Unfortunately we've only had an average day, the rooms seem fine although a double room has randomly become a twin pushed together and the staff have been curt to the point of rude sometimes. Reception was blunt but polite, bar staff seem better but language barriers make for a challenge. The pool staff were unwilling to swap a damp pool towel for a dry one which left us with a bad impression. Location is good at least for access to the main resort and flower Street, thankfully the a sound insulation is solid and abstracts from the background din of the resort. Overall a slightly above average stay so at a good price would be great, however not special in my eyes.
