Came here last night to see Bill Burr. Went to the buffet before the show, line wasn't even that long and it took 40 minutes just to pay and get seated. Seemed very unorganized. A lot of staffing walking around with not much productivity. They should be better prepared on a holiday weekend, especially the prices they charge for a sub par buffet, Viejas buffet is much better. At one point I had to move my empty plate to another dirty table because the server never removed it. By the time we got seated we had about 30 minutes before the show started so we were rushed needless to say. This is where things got much worse. The bars they had set up for the show were not enough to handle the crowd and the bar tenders were very slow. The venue is ghetto, even the comedian made a joke about being in a conference room and it was stifling inside. I am 6months pregnant and was horribly uncomfortable that at times I couldn't even enjoy the show because it was so hot, Bill Burr tried rolling up his sleeves to get relief. The spot light on him went out more than once. Overall I got the vibe the casino opened a month ago, chaos and confusion with sub standard amenities for a hotel associated with Caesars I was so disappointed.
