This is a 1 star hotel - No working A/C. I called the Guest Services at 3am because I could not sleep because it was so warm in my room (75 degrees) and the thermostat was set to 65. Keep in mind it was 3am. The woman said she would sent a tech up to work on the a/c in my room. AT 3AM! I said, that's insane. It's 3am. I want to switch rooms to a room with working A/C. I switched rooms and lay above the covers with the A/C blowing on me. The new room has the same problem. The A/C does not work here. I've been here several nights now and it's been hot in my room EVERY night. Guest Services has been no help at all. 1 stat hotel.
