Disappointed with our hotel stay. The room was renovated, however many things were lacking. We did not receive enough towels, even though we specified the number of guests on the reservation. It look nearly 2 hours (and 2 calls to the front desk plus 1 visit to the front desk) to get them. There was still hair on the shower walls from the prior guest. All staff we encountered (with the exception of valet) were not friendly, and their abrupt answers made us feel like we were bothering them (not even a "hello" when checking in)
