We asked specifically to be on the quiet side of the hotel as we have never stayed here before. Nobody could even remotely think about sleeping because the WINDOWS AND EVERYTHING IN OUR ROOM IS LITERALLY VIBRATING AND THUMPING TO THE MUSIC being played next door at the PARTY TENT! IT IS FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE HOW LOUD IT IS AND WE ARE ON THE 22ND FLOOR. Had we known what happens next door on the weekend we never would have accepted this room. Again we asked to be on the quiet side of the hotel. Of course there are no rooms available anywhere else! Unbelievable! Worse, worse than the loud cars that pull up next to you at stop lights!! Wow. Do not stay here and don't trust that they are going to accommodate your basic and simple room request. So far no discount has been offered either...
