The hotel staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. We received the option of a strip view with 2 queens at check in or a quieter king room without the strip view. I appreciated the choice and we chose the strip view. We ate at Hollywood Cafe and really liked the food. We didn't gamble at the hotel because we prefer table games and the minimums are higher than the older casino's. There are bus stops outside the hotel which were very convenient; bus passes are priced right! We spent tons of time in the attached mall and had a blast at the Zombie Burlesque show which was also playing at the resort. I would definitely stay at Planet Hollywood Resort again! The rooms were clean and comfortable.
