Everything was ok,i cannot complain about something except small and not good equipped gym and the most important reason why only 3 stars:food.
I thought that its INTERNATIONAL HOTEL, but you can proudly change the name for Israeli or Middle East hotel.
Dinner: i like kosher food. But that spice are everywhere, completely everywhere, its nice to try once but next days i cannot eat it.i finished on toilet for 2 hours per day. Breakfast: no salami,not ham,bacon,salmon... sausages contains again that spices.
So i enjoyed nice time on the hotel toilet,as 5 star hotel with name international,you should serve international food,and not putting that spice everywhere.very disappointed,so I enjoyed the stay in business lounge on 17floor which is offering lot if drinks free of charge and i paid extra for the dinner there. You should really consider if you will be an Israeli hotel or international,im sure that also People from Israel would like to try some bulgarian food and im sure you are proud to serve it for them.
