Customer service was lacking in many areas. When I tried to check in to hotel, after normal check-in time, I was told room wasn't ready yet. I could try back later or use the lobby phone to call and check again later. They wouldn't call me when it was ready. Unacceptable. Pool area was not properly stocked with towels, pool was over chlorinated, food bar at pool closed early with no explanation and the man at the counter was very apathetic and rude about it. Generally, everyone I interacted with seemed to not care about any concerns I had. Bingo staff used high pressure tactics to get us to use the electronic form instead of the less expensive paper form. Overall not a very good experience.
