I was the only member of my March Madness group to stay at the Atlantis. The rest of us stayed at another large casino right down the road.
During my stay, I interacted with the bell desk and valet a lot, and I have to say, this resort has the best support staff out of all the places I interacted with in my latest trip to Reno. Chad from the bell desk was consistently upbeat and helpful where ever I saw him. The valet desk was perpetually available even during the snow storm that happened on my trip. The valet is leaps and bounds better than the other resort down the road. Even when checking out, the front desk lady was very kind.
The bartender at the small bar near the buffet was amazing and the Keno team was super helpful and patient. At other places the keno teams had treated me like an inconvenience.
The Atlantis gets an A+ For my whole trip.
