The hotel was Beautiful and the birds are definitely worth it but after a early check in and ok front desk service beautiful day at the beach and spending and using my Credit Card all day on the private Island, Get back to my room which has been double locked and security was called, was told my card declined, after speaking with the manager who came in less then 5 mins apologizing for the computer error my room is paid in Full gave some bogus reason why this happen, remind you there is very little Black people on this resort which is perfectly fine either way however I just feel this was extreme and my room was paid in full weeks ago, really wish this would’ve happen I really enjoyed myself but double locking my door with security outside it then offer nothing but free breakfast like I don’t want nothing free I just wanted to be treated like a Human- Did not accept Breakfast and still wasn’t offered a proper apology
