PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL! I am writing this so other families will not have to endure what my family had to. From the moment of our arrival nothing was as promised. Our Family suite had a one king size bed & a sitting area. The sitting area sofa pulled out to a bed in theory. It was a 2 inch mattress pad with metal everywhere. For 24 hours we called and called for 2 blankets and 2 pillows and a roll away. They did arrive after much begging, tipping and tears. Our lights continually kept shutting off, wifi was never a guarantee, room keys worked at times and hot water was unavailable. Calling room service was a half hour process due to the language barrier. At times the food would arrive after hours and sometimes not at all. They delivered uncooked pizza at one point! It was all too much for my parents and they felt forced to leave early and they did. We were spoken to so cruelly and were threatened by a staff member for our safety. The word "kill" was used. It was just one lie after the other, for intestine they would tell us the manager was coming in five minutes and they never would. We were not able to see the manger until we were threatened and we demanded to see him, but he was not concerned nor he did not cared. He would not even give me his card or name!!! They refused to let the police come to the hotel or even file a hotel report! I have traveled my entire life, and can understand that things can happen, but this was different. It was the worst most horrible hotel experience. I can say in my 40 years I have Never had a worse experience and have never felt in fear. Even upon check out they lied and said we checked out the day before and my credit card was declined...AMEX said never even ran my card and the TV still had my name on it the morning of check out! LIES, LIES and MORE LIES!!!
