While the venue itself is well equipped and good looking, the staff and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I recently had a show there and had an awful experience. No real care was taken in the promotion of my show, all together 9 days of promoting time was lost due the mismanagement and incompetence of the events team. The events team were also very hard to get hold of and seemed overwhelmed by their work load. On the day of the show the technical staff were slow, rude and at times very patronising. Luckily my show went very well but that was mainly down to the participants and was by no means down to any of the Artsdepot staff. Needless to say this whole experience has left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth and I will never use their "services" again. Thumbs down!
