The bed covering was very stained and so very noticeable. There were small blood stains on the side of the sheet which made me think they have bed bugs there. This was observed after housekeeping newly made up the room. The first time I had ever made a bet at the Sports Book was at this casino and the male employee gave me the wrong bet. It was a single bet and no one was in line behind me so he couldn't have been "too stressed" and my friend made the same bet ahead of me. We were the only two in line at that time to place a bet. I trusted that the person working there was competent enough to make an accurate bet as I stated but he didn't and I mistakenly looked at the ticket later and it was the wrong bet so it cost me $38.00 by this employee's mistake! When I got home, I sent an email requesting my complaint letter be forwarded to the CEO but no CEO of Palace Station responded to me. This complaint letter was to be directed to someone above the manager's level. There is not a good smoke ventilation system there either. Highly disappointing and not recommended.
