The casino portion is really big and has any type of game that you would want. One wing of the hotels have been updated within the last couple of years. The pool area is huge! It has an area for the kids to play, have fun and get their energy out. There is also a pool bar for the adults ONLY. They even have bowling for those that are not in to gambling or want a brake from the gambling but still want to be apart of the action. The only bad thing that I have to say about the place is the hotel staff. Check in was at 4. We got there at 5, waited in line to check in for 30+ minutes just for them to tell us that our room isn't ready and they THINK it might be ready in 45 minutes and we would have to come back then. They did decide to have us do everything to check in except get our room keys. We came back in an hour, waited in line for another 20 minutes and they said our room still wasn't ready... Now we started to get a bit upset and who could blame us... Thankfully our friends that we were meeting up with got into their room on time and thankfully they let us put our bags in their room until we could get into our room. We came back 45 minutes later and asked for a manager right away. After talking about our experience so far they did give us a small discount on the room and apologized for everything. Now I know everyone and businesses have bad days but we waited until around 8pm to get into our room. Everything has gone really smooth in the past and the staff everywhere there have been really nice and that's why they are getting 4 stars but if it happens next time not only will they get a way lower rating but we will go else where.
