The food is okay but some of it is only sold either upstairs or downstairs. If you get most of it upstairs you'll pay more. As far as the horses I've never seen them running when I've been there but I may have just been in off hours. The slot machine area look relatively small or casino but I was there for the cards. Both times I went to play they had really unbalanced tables. They do a $15 flat fee to play instead of a table rake so they try to keep the tables full and I believe they keep a couple of shills, which is legal, but they keep shills in to price people out and keep the flow moving to collect their fee. I was told the second time that I had to pay the fee to be in the room before watching the shenanigans going on at the tables. There's no reason at a 1 and $2 table you should never see a flop for less than 20 bucks. If you want to play its really a 10 20 table with a $600 buy in. Thats just not my kind of fun.
