This hotel’s service is very poor. Reception staff in particular are very unpleasant. You ask them a question and they tell you something else. Very unhelpful! - if you speak English and not the local language, you will find it a nightmare to get information at this place. Hardly no one speaks a English. - on the day of arrival, we were told there are no information leaflet in English and they would provide us the next day...we went the next day and they told us they don’t have any and can’t tell when they could give us!!! (Come on....can’t they print one from a bloody printer!) - Room AC doesn’t work. We call the reception to inform and they tell us it’s a central system and they can’t do anything!!!!! Ac is blowing hot air!! Seriously!! - No entertainment (disco, animations) for kids apart from the kids club. We were told last 2 days about kids disco and animation taking place in the evening but both days there was nothing! it was disappointing for the kids when we were told it’s cancelled (twice) after asking at the reception. No staff at the hotel can explain why. - I must mention the girl at the kids club is very friendly and that’s about the only positive thing I can think of right now! - we are on an All inclusive package but there are silly extras which we have to pay. I.e ice cream not included in the pool bar!!! ( I have been to many Allinclusive hotels and resorts where the all inclusive package was far better than what this hotel has to offer) - there are hardly no evening entertainment for the Adults either....it has been disappointing so far.....
