[Alaska Cruise] [Island Princess Boat] This is a review specifically on the Princess Cruise lines trip from Vancouver to Alaska and back and the one way trip from Alaska to Vancouver. I am not sure why this cruiseline has gotten such bad reviews as I was more than pleased with my trip. Yes the boat doesn't have much to do for kids. It may not also have all the fun thrills you might find on a Royal Caribbean cruiseline. The clientele on this trip may be a bit older as well. Other than that the boat was very nice, the customer service was impeccable, the shows, and the talks on the glacier were phenomenal. I liked this trip so much we have done it twice. If you want to see glaciers and wildlife this trip is for you. By the end of the trip you will be so bored with seeing bald eagles, whales, killer whales, and sea otters that you will stop even looking at them. The glaciers are so amazing as well. You best see them now before there're gone. This was one heck of a trip and one of the highlights of my travelling experiences.
