So I have been ordering from On A Roll for a while now. At first things were great. The food is good and they deliver downtown. For the past few months it has gone down hill so fast. Every single (EVERY TIME) I order or anyone orders around me the order is either very very late (over an hour for a salad) or wrong. For me, it is usually both. I don't know if this place can just not handle the business or what. I actually stopped ordering from them but today gave them another try. Once again my order is wrong. Seriously they need to take a look at their business and customer satisfaction. They just can't handle delivery it seems. I unfortunately am breaking up with them and advising anyone else to not count on delivery from them. Too bad, their food is actually good when you get it or if you get it!!
So now updating. 1.5 hours later and the second incorrect salad has now been delivered. How hard is a salad???: When I called to speak with the Manager, he actually laughed when I told him the situation. The owners of the restaurant should be ashamed of this staff and the reputation it has with downtown businesses.
