This Chef Jose Andres' restaurant has prepared a culinary experience unlike any you have ever had anywhere else. Ranging from 16 - 22 courses, the chefs prepare one bite sized portions of deliciousness right there in front of you using various cooking techniques including gastronomy. And if you are lucky, they MAY introduce you to the Spanish custom of porroning.
