First off I made Reservations 3 weeks in advance for Valentines to avoid waiting long waits and making Valentines day a hassle. My partner and I arrive on time (6:30PM) we get seated right away which was great but no one even bothered to asked if we would like water for 10 mins . A lady that wasn't even our waiter came and brought us bread and water, 20 mins later the waiter finally comes to our table to take our order and I tell him I would like the Valentines Day special which was the reason I choose to dine here verse another restaurant and he says he sold out 30 mins ago... I was so mad I asked to speak to a manager. (hoping the manager would give us another item on the menu for the same price or do something to make up for this screw up) The manager (chef) Said Sorry I didn't order enough food and didn't even try to help so we left . I was so upset I left crying I felt horrible to left my partner down for Valentine's Day. I would not recommend a place that can care less about their customers and I will not be back. This was my first and last time here.
