Let me start off by saying that I'm extremely disappointed in my recent experience at the North Randall location. On 12/03/17 my Men's Group whom meets once a month to discuss various community topics on a local and national level met at this location at 9am. Each month we select a new place (preferably minority owned) in an effort to support small businesses and also help to drive additional business to their locations. With that being said, they were completely ill prepared to take on our large party of 8 men. Issue #1; There were only two staff members on duty -- obviously not enough staff to adquately run a full-service restaurant. Issue #2; The plates were served one by one, 10 minutes apart thereby the food was cold and caused for a very unpleasant dinning experience. Issue#3; The owner did eventually arrive around 11:40 am at which time we were preparing to leave. At no time did he acknowledge our presence, apologize for the wait, service, and poor quality of the food. Overall, I would suggest that this operation is best suited for carryout only as they do not demonstrate the ability and or professionalism for full-service dinning. As a result, we would NOT recommend this location until several adjustments are made across service and leadership.
