First trip with URcomped. We simply uploaded our other offers from our casinos and the URcomped offers started coming our way. The approval process was well defined and Stephanie (our host) moved things along rapidly. We were on the Majesty of the Seas and although the casino is somewhat small, Royal Caribbean made the most of the floor space and has a large variety of slots. They have blackjack tournaments but no slot tournaments. Your room key serves as your players card. They had the opportunity to win another cruise by achieving 2400 tier points (interior room), 3600 their points (ocean view) and 4800 (balcony). Not sure yet if that is a standard Royal Caribbean casino offer as this was our first sailing with them. Each of those levels also comes with different sailing offers for different routes. This particular sailing, the casino had the bar open when we were in Havana overnight so players could have drinks even though the casino wasn't open. Unfortunately, we didn't take photos in the casino but will do so next time and also record the names of the machines. Stephanie is our URcomped host and she did an outstanding job. We'll write the Royal Review under a separate tap and this is focused on URcomped. Once again, this was our first interaction with URcomped. We happened to see a FB video mentioning a short notice trip to Cuba. We queried Stephanie on Saturday, May 12th and although it wasn't one of her regularly scheduled working days, she responded and started the ball rolling. By the next day, Sunday, we were on our way to Tamps to catch the Majesty of the Seas out on Monday for a 5 day cruise which included Key West and an overnight in Havana (bucket list). On Monday, we arrived early to the ship because we thought there might be some challenges due to being added last minute. It took us a total of 15 minutes to board the ship.
