I am just shocked, with the owners service towards his customers! My parents were in there which they stop there about every day, great known people and very well liked by employees, but when they went outside to smoke a cigarette the owner did make a comment about not being able to smoke and holding up the machines! Are you kidding me, a smoke break takes about 10 minutes it was because it was a new machine that play good? She was on it for freaking THREE hours, playing HER money in YOUR machine!! Then why is there sign for our machines? I believe that is a discrimination due to the fact that they were smokers the owner asked them leave? But it's okay to be a non smoker and step outside for some fresh air? Complete ignorance!!!!! We come from a family of Casino attendance and that's not the customer service that you bring to your customers, not only that but they will be losing all of their customers that my parents have brought in there, including me grandparents Aunts Uncles Etc. Probably the least well operated Casino in Butte. Definitely would NOT be walking in there again!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry to the casino attendance that work there, and that became our friends!
