Worst service I have EVER received at a restaurant. It was my sister’s 19th birthday and we had a reservation for 10 people at 9:30pm. It took them over 30 minutes to seat us and then over another 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order. There were no napkins at the table, and it took the waitress until the middle of the meal to bring them out. Half of the people’s food came and the other half began eating after everyone else was done. Two people DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE THEIR ORDERS! Worst part of all.. the manager was the rudest person I have EVER dealt with. At first she apologized and told us we would get free dessert. When receiving the check the dessert and one of the meals that wasn’t brought out were still on the check. After going to complain to her and telling her that our waitress didn’t even deserve 18% gratuity she started yelling at me and snatching the receipt from my hand and defending the right for her waitress to get 18%.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had been here once before with a party of 3 and had no problem, but after this I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
