It's not bad for the most part! I always take the drive through at this location it's really close to my house and I get that they are super busy, but this time I waited for over 15 minutes after they asked me to pull over and they would bring out my bagel and croissant to my car even though I was the first one waiting they gave 2 other cars that where behind me there food and coffee first and on top of that the lady was pretty much like oh well!! I thought drive throughs are supposed to be a little bit faster then going inside?! specially for just a bagel and croissant. And they warmed up the Croissant I never asked for it to be warmed and they never asked me. For a Starbucks customer service at this location is not the greatest! I know they are trying there best but there energy is so blah and u can see it on there faces that they are not happy or they are tired and doing the bare minimum!
