I bring my Mum of 82 years regularly to the reef we so enjoy our stay the rooms are the best in town and the position fantastic I can park close to the lift downstairs undercover and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. We have been coming since the Casino opened. I must say I was complexed when we had to pay for the room up front and Lily the staff member argued with me that this has always been the policy even when I mentioned we had been coming for years and this was the first time we had been asked to pay upfront In the past we provided our credit card and finalised account on departure. She seems to be very argumentative and needs to learn more about customer service.
