MGM National Harbor

Just arrived today and the place looked great. Once I went to get our rooms I found out that they didn't make the reservation for joining rooms that I had set up when I reserved. We had to wait almost till 5pm to get our first room. Still waiting on our other room to get cleaned so my wife and I can put our stuff down. Earlier when we arrived while waiting on our rooms I had brought a large amount of money to gamble with in cash that was in $20 dollar denomination. I I went to the cage to get my $20's exchanged for $100's and was told I was only allowed to get $500 exchanged of the money I presented. I told them if they couldn't exchange anymore I would go to the machine insert all my money then just cash out at a redemption center. I proceeded to do so and when after I finished I was cornered by three security guards harassing me about what I just did and questioning me where the money came from. I was highly irritated and irate over the cornering and disbelief when I'm paying over $600 to stay at their establishment for two days. I went to the extent of showing them my bank account to prove the money was mine while they all just stared me down and made me feel like a complete liar. All in all this was my first experience at MGM National Harbor and from not feeling welcome and being harassed by the casino staff I will not be coming back. If u can't come with a lot of money to a casino why come. Guess they don't want to stay in business.....last I checked this is how they make money.... I think my second room should be comped as well for all that we have been through but it is what it is. Vegas is a ton better when it comes to taking care of you if you would like to spend your money gambling. I recommend to anyone to go there instead of MGM National Harbor.
