Games pay about average as any other casino. The issue I encountered was the staff. Not one employee spoke to my family or me, despite crossing paths with several of them. We did not feel welcome or as if our business was appreciated. Having so many choices, especially in that area, you would think customer service would be top notch. Far from it. If this is not what's expected by the management team, maybe a new management team is in order. If customer service is pushed as being important, I assure you the message is not coming through. The place wasn't even close to being busy and I have to assume the lack of customer service plays a part in that.
