Good service and good food on the strip inside the Venetian. I have eaten here several times in the past and it is always consistent. We made reservations on Open Table for dinner. We waited approximately 15 minutes past our reservation to be seated (not unusual). We ordered cocktails and were served quickly. We both started with salads. I had the simple mixed greens and my companion had the warm goat cheese salad. Both were very good.
For dinner I ordered the salmon and my dining companion had the roast chicken. The salmon was expertly cooked, crisp crust outside with silky salmon inside. The Jerusalem artichoke and other veggies were delicious as well. The chicken was juicy with a crisp skin and well seasoned. The lemon tart was one of the best I have ever eaten. My dining companion had the creme Brulee and while it was tasty they felt they had experienced others they liked more.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and I would recommend all three meals but breakfast is outstanding.
