We have frequented this establishment on two previous occasions, food was good service was terrible. However as I was picking our kids up from Kids Quest my wife went to order a sandwich from Capriott's , upon doing so she was told there would be a wait she paid and said that would be fine and was it ok to step nextdoor and order food for the rest of the family. Upon her return she asked if the food was ready at which point the punk behind the counter informed her she already received her meal and became very hostile with her. After an argument he finally launched a sandwich at her and said "Fine". Upon returning home and hearing my wife's trying time at this establishment I will be returning for one reason only and it will not to be dropping another red cent! And the sandwich she received was not even close to the one ordered, I don't know who oversees or polices these establishments but it's clear someone needs to.
