This fair is always a popular place for families throughout the Bay Area. This year was no exception. The fair is open every day and closed for Monday and Tuesday.
Parking here is another issue all by itself.
If you plan on driving here, arrive early because vehicles are backed up for blocks before the opening.
Most of the lots get pretty full around the noon hour.
The first day we came here the lines stretched for 3 blocks. We later discovered that the first day of the fair was "free!"
On fathers day, dad's got in for free, which overall saved families the price of a drink which were way over priced!
Parking will set you back $20.00 for vehicles and $10.00 for motorcycles, a round the ACE train station.
Signs went up all over the surrounding neighborhoods of no parking during fair hours. Can't really blame the residence who reside here. I wouldn't want a lot of cars all over my front yard and blocking my driveway.
The day we were here there was a tow truck nearby towing a vehicle, which was probably blocking a driveway.
There is something for the whole family but being the dollar$. He's a few of my recommendations before you arrive at the fair this year.
