I understand that my rooms were comped, because of the amount that I played at the casino...but I am reviewing this hotel as if I was a paying guest.
1. Customer service is lacking. I was staying two nights - checking in Friday and checking out Sunday. On Saturday morning, at 9:15 am, housekeeping knocked on my door. I opened and asked them to come back anytime after 9:30--as I was almost out the door for the day, but not quiet ready yet. They said, "sure." and I shut the door and continued getting ready. I left by 9:30, as promised. I came back to my room at 6 pm to see that housekeeping never came back to my room. I called the front desk, and the response that I received was, "I'm sorry, we don't have 24 hour housekeeping." I asked if I could have a new set of towels, toilet paper and product brought to my room. I was told that I would have some brought up as soon as possible. It took nearly 75 minutes, and me calling back to the desk again, to find out that the front desk associate "forgot."
Room - the noise from the hallway is unbearable at times. There are a lot of kids running up and down the hallway. The walls are pretty thin. The rooms themselves are nice, however.
Pool - this is the absolute smallest pool I have ever seen. They'd be better just taking out his pool, imo.
Thank you,
Z
