We had a city view room for a social event in the hotel and we had an amazing experience. The hotel is right in the middle of everything. There's a second entrance labelled upper lobby where you can get direct access to the hard Rock cafe, casino and waterpark, all without going outside. The resources in the hotel were great too, we had some room service as the night went on, room service was always friendly and happy to help, staff was always attentive when we needed them, and never in the way. Really great service. Beds were clean and comfortable, the washrooms, though a bit small in our rooms, were very adequate for daily needs. The rooms were a reasonable size. You have to pay for what you get though, so everything was a bit costly, but you're paying for the experience and the excellence of everything. We're already planning our next trip.
